The check-in process took an absurdly long time!!! Noise from surrounding areas made it impossible to relax or sleep!!! Rooms need urgent updates, cleanliness should be a top priority!!!

We enjoyed a splendid family stay, basking in breathtaking sea views during sunset. The room was spacious and immaculate, and the kids loved the easy access to local attractions. Don't miss the breakfast. the variety is impressive, but be sure to arrive early to avoid peak times!

Unique charm but needs thorough cleaning

Although I admired the stunning historic architecture and enjoyed the entertainment options, the cleanliness in certain areas left much to be desired, especially the dirty window obstructing the lovely sea views. The staff were friendly, but the overall upkeep of facilities could be significantly improved.

The location by the beach was amazing! 🎉 It made our stay special despite the chaos at check-in and the outdated room. A little freshening up would go a long way!

It was just a good match for a couple of nights in Scarborough with extraordinarily good value for money. The only highlight was the proximity to the beach, making strolls effortless. Just make sure to manage expectations about room quality and cleanliness.

We really enjoyed the large family room with a fantastic sea view. The kids loved the live entertainment and the nearby promenade was a hit with its fun seaside amusements. Dining was a delight, especially with the delicious food and polite staff.

My kids wished there were more activities focused on them during our stay. The check-in process was slow, and it would be great to have more attention paid to room cleanliness.

Nice views, but needs cleaning!

I stayed here for 1 night and honestly, the view from the terrace was stunning. But man, the dirtiness was a real buzzkill! Carpets had food all over, and wait, where's the housekeeping? Also, the bar area was decent. Just wish they cared more about cleanliness. And my room had a wall view – bummer!

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! We enjoyed fantastic cabaret shows with amazing dancers and walked along the beautiful promenade filled with popular seaside attractions. Don't miss out on the walking trails and picnic areas they have to offer. Just a heads up, some areas might feel a bit worn out, but overall it's a fun place to stay.
